NEET (UG) Results 2022 conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) is complete in all the states held on 17th July 2022. It is more than one month, and the result is upon the aspirants who appeared for entrance. This very important test also leads to various popular courses in India. Most people prefer government colleges. On the other hand, the problem is there are limited seats for medical students.

Answer Key
The officials will release the answer key before the date of the result. We can expect the authority to release the answer key before August. In addition, they will release the response sheet along with the keys. It is released in favor of the students to check their performance. Certainly, if any student detects an error in the answer key, they can challenge it by paying a fee. After evaluating all the requests, NTA will make changes if required and release the final answer key. The link for the NEET answer key will be provided above when available.
NEET (UG) Result Date
Authority has conducted the NEET (UG) exam every year
for admission to medical colleges. From our previous records NEET (UG) 2021 exam was held on 12th Sep 2021, and the result was declared on 1st Nov 2021. From the exam date, there was a 49 days gap, and the result was declared. Similarly, we can expect the NEET UG Result 2022 to be declared near around first week of September.
How to Download NEET Results 2022?
Check NEET UG result from your phone or PC by following three simple steps:
Step 1: Visit the official site of NTA NEET. In other words, click on the exam result linked above to land on the result page of https://neet.nta.nic.in. You will be redirected to a similar page below, like mine.
Step 2: Fill in the details first, examinee roll or registered number—secondly, date of birth and security pin. Take a deep breath, and click submit. Follow RUSA Assam for more awesome content.

Step 3: After you click on submit. Next, you are displayed with the NEET (UG) result 2022.

Scorecard Analysis
NEET (UG) Scorecard contains all the details about the student and their performance in the exam. Check all the details mentioned below before you print the result, as these results are electronically printed. There may be a possibility the result may get misprinted. In other words, if any information mentioned below is misprinted, immediately contact the authority for change or correction.
- Firstly, Short biodata, QR code & photo of the candidate.
- Secondly, Marks Distribution(Physics, Chemistry & Biology), total marks obtained in numbers and words. In addition, All India Rank(AIR) is helpful for counseling, category + category rank.
- Cut off: It is calculated based on the number of students who appeared, average marks scored & availability of medical seats. Lastly, Check senior director of NEET (UG) signed on the scorecard. Next, click on print to have a physical copy of your marksheet.

Merit List
The merit list is declared soon after the declaration of results by NTA. They will release the merit list for all the states in India separately in the form of a PDF. Inside the merit list.
Search for the Name selected for counseling. Authority will generate the merit list based on your marks obtained, caste, etc., for the current test that appeared. Please remember that the merit list will be made available on the official site of MCC.
Cut off
The cut-off for this exam changes every year. It was never seen the same compared last year. Clarify, that it mainly happens due to maintaining a balance between the candidate and the medical seats, both private and government. It is also categorized as caste, differently abled person, and other.

Govt Medical Colleges & Seats
From our records, lakhs of aspirants appear for NEET, and most people aim for Government colleges. Therefore, medical colleges are very limited compared to the number of students in India. The stats below show that the number of government colleges and seats is also increasing. This means increasing the chance of getting admission to gov colleges:
- In 2018 an increase of 16 more colleges led to additional 2410 MBBS seats from the previous year.
- Again, in 2019, there was an increase of 26 more colleges adding 8329 seats for MBBS students.
- Next year, i.e., 2020, there was again an increase of 10 medical colleges, which as a result, increased the number of seats to 1213.
- In 2021 and 2022, again, there was an increase in
33 medical colleges, and this resulted in 4,7777 more seats.

Note: The figures mentioned above may not be an exact match until the figures come out from NIC. In other words, the figures keep on changing over time.
